After working for more than 12 years within Dutch law enforcement, Byron started as Operational Director (COO) at DCC in 2020. Within DCC he is amongst other things responsible for day-to-day management, HESQ and HR. One of his portfolios concerns is the transition from a traditional industrial demolition company to a circular enterprise. With regard to the latter DCC has gained enough experience in recent years.
